Reading attachments in outlook with jaws50.

Hello list,
I am trying to read some attachments in outlook. But I can't find how to
open the attachments. I went to file, and I only found how to save
attachments. Is there not away to read attachments with out saving them? I
know it can be done in outlook express, but can it be done in outlook2002?
