I know that you probably have already checked this but, have you looked in
Jaws options, Jaws key + V, to see if " Messages Automatically Read On " is
selected? Just a thought. Take care.

Good morning,
I am using JAWS 9 with Outlook on an XP machine. I use to be able to open a
message and it would start reading as soon as it opened. Right now I must
hit the Insert Down arrow to make it read the message.
Can somebody explain what settings I need to change so it will read as it
opens. Thank you,
