That is what I did also, however, it seems to me that at one time I
could actually see what was going to be deleted, it is not a major
problem for me.

This may not be the responsible answer you're hoping for from someone,
but I
can't figure out how to actually see anything about the listed objects,
either. I may be naive to take the attitude I take about this, but I
just
assume AdAware knows what it's doing and isn't about to sabotage my
system
by quarantining or deleting anything necessary to my computer's normal
functionality. So I just put my curiosity aside, mark all, and let 'er
rip.

I'm sure someone more discriminating will have another angle on this,
but
from what I'm able to tell, this is working just fine, so far as I'm
concerned. I'll just never know much about the exact sources of spyware
and
what they call their sneaky little files, and that's okay with me, so
long
as I'm taken good care of.

Hi Dean:
I downloaded and installed the latest scripts, with the following
results:
I am using Windows98(SE), JAWS510. I can access the critical tab but
can't
read the entries with either the PC or JAWS cursor. I can mark all
entries
with ctrl+M and hit ctrl+N and get the screen with the "OK" and remove
the
items, just don't know what I am removing. Is anyone else having this
same
results.
Thanks,
George R. Marshall

A couple of people recently said that they were still unable to access
the
Critical objects tab with the PC cursor with the AdAware scripts. I have
made some modifications that hopefully will get it to work for you.
Anyone
who has this problem can download the updated 281k file packaged with
the
installer. Let me know whether or not you get it to work, or if you hear
any
error messages. The direct download link is:
