Is it the shift or the conrol key? If you release it and press the arrows, you will need to start over with your selections. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Michael G. Go into Windows explorer and open the folder that contains the files you want. If you press CTRL+A, this will select every file in the folder. Or, if you want to select a group of files that are all next to each other, arrow to the first file in the group, then press and hold the shift key. While you have the shift key pressed down, begin pressing the down-arrow key. You will hear each file being selected. Once you've selected the group of files you want, you can copy the files to your clipboard using CTRL+C. The other way to select files involves selecting files that are not next to each other. Arrow to the first file in the group you want to copy. Next, press and hold down the CTRL key. Next, arrow to each of the files you want to copy and press the spacebar. After you've selected all the files you want, you can copy the files to the clipboard with CTRL+C. All that's left after that is to paste your files into whatever location you'd like using CTRL+V.
