Question on setting up rules in Outlook, and a few other questions with JFW

Hello,
Could someone please send me step by step details on how to set up rules in
Microsoft Outlook XP. I need to set up rules because I want to sign up for
the jaws scripting list and a friend of mine advised me to set up rules,
because this list has a lot of messages.
Secondly what do people think of Office 2003 with JFW 6.0?
Third does anyone have a suggestion of a good online school to do an IT or
Programming certificate?
Finally does anyone have advice on how to get Limewire to work with Jaws. I
have installed this program twice, but apparently its too visual. I guess
that you would have to script this program.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
