Question about BAccessing Buttons on Web Sites

I was trying to make a payment by pressing a button on a web site recently. I
tried to press the spacebar, hit the enter key, us the left mouse cursor key,
and I even tried to route my cursor to the button. Nothing worked. I was
unable to make my payment independently. Does anyone have any suggestions?
