Question: Accessible Windows-wide Spell Checker

Hello,
Does anyone know of an application that can spell-check whatever you
type anywhere in Windows in British English, not Ammerican? I know of
TinySpell (which is quite accessible), but the problem is that it
doesn't offer British spell-checking.
