Pronunciation Dictionaries

Looking for a suggestion.
Using Dragon Naturally Speaking, it is sometimes difficult to tell whether
Naturally Speaking has used the right homonym. After all, by definition, the
sound the same.
So "two" and "to"; "weather" and "whether"; and the like are hard to
distinguish.
If, in the pronunciation dictionary I switched these, and other homonyms, to
spell, I would always know whether or not I have the right word.
I wouldn't want this turned on all the time.
So, I'd like to create an exception dictionary for alternate pronunciation that
I can load and unload when appropriate.
Of course, there may be a better solution I'm missing. Suggestions are welcome.
