What is his OS? I used a PC with XP media Center with IE 7 and found it necessary to go to another application and back to IE to find the refreshed content or to go to the bottom of the page, tab through all the initial toolbars to get the refreshed page.

This website does not comply with w3c access guidelines. The project team has been made aware of this problem as well as the agency's ADA compliance officer, board chairwoman, and senior legal counsel. I have been assured that when this program is rolled out systemwide with a revamped website, the website will meet access guidelines.

Subject: Problem with JFW and Website

Hello All:

I was talking to a client that is using the latest update to JFW 8.0,
8.0.2173 and Windows Internet Explorer 7. He's having trouble with the
following web page:
Ctabustracker.com

This page has no "www" in front of it. What will happen is that JAWS
doesn't recognize the page has loaded and, also, JAWS won't recognize
all of the tables on the page. This is a pilot page by the Chicago
Transit Authority to allow people to track busses in real time. When
you go there, press enter on estimated arrival times, then there are
three combo boxes. There is only one route in the system right now.
Select east bound or west bound in the second combo box, then select any
stop in the third. These are the type of boxes where you'll have to
press alt-down arrow before making your selection.

Again, JAWS isn't recognizing the tables on the page that comes up.

If anyone would be willing to check this page out, that would be
appreciated. We looked at all of my client's JAWS settings and cannot
find anything wrong. His settings match my JAWS settings and I have no
problem with the page.

Thanks,
