Open word, then go to tools, options, view pain, and tab down until you hear
paragraph markers and hit the space bar to uncheck the box and tab to ok and
hit enter

Subject: Paragraph markers

In Microsoft Word 2000, the message "paragraph marker" is repeated many
times in a document. Is there a spacific key stroke to turn this off?
Thanks.

Fred
