Pages in i.e. not loading

Hello all. I am using jfw5.1, i.e., and windows xp. When I'm in a page
in I.e., and then I go to open another page, it will not open unless I
press insert m to go to the desktop, and then alt tab back in to the
i.e. window. Has anyone had this problem. Any help would be
appreciated.
