Hi Liz,
I don't know anything about it. What would you suggest?
No problem with questions.
Thanks,
Cheryl

Ok what is the backup software you are wanting to use; sorry for all the
questions just trying to get an idea.

Hi could you first tell me which software you are using and which equipment
i.e. whether you have a Braille display or just speech? Hope I can assist.

    Liz

    Hello Liz,

Will you please explain how to back up. I'm forever a novice.

    Many thanks,

    Cheryl

      Hi Dave:

I just recently got acronis working with Jaws and it’s great. You set it
up to back up (I have mine back up my whole system once a week at 2:00 a.m. and
set for incremental backups the other days of the week. I don’t know if you
have a Braille display or not but it works fine that way as you can use your
jaws cursor to get to logs for instance and then press the cursor routing
button then hit enter. You are welcome to write me off list if you have any
more questions. Hope that helps.

      Liz

      Hi All.

I'm wondering if there is a program, like Sprite Backup for the Pac Mate,
that could be used to back up and restore a PC in case of a crash. If so, does
the program work with JAWS? Is backup and restore software the best way to go
for backing up a PC? After doing the restore, I want all programs and settings
within those programs to be as before, and, of course, I want all documents
restored to their original condition.

      Thanks!

      Dave V
