Wendy, just a clarification, when you are in the list of fields under the
columns sub menu, the field that is for date and time is "received".  as you
tab through the controls, if this item is checked, when you get to the third
control, this will be indicated by there being a "hide" button which can be
entered on to hide this item.  the next control after this is the pixels
wide control and mine is 110 pixels and not 20 as indicated in the previous
post.  If you did not have this field being shown on your setup, instead of
a hide button, you would have a show button.
