I had thought she had unchecked that, but apparently she didn't.
Thanks! Working now.

Subject: Outlook Express Question

A friend of mine recently installed the Windows SP 2 and ever since then,
she is having a problem opening email in OE 6.
When she presses enter on the message, it does not say anything and she has
to tab one time to get to the message content.
It looks as though the message is opening in the subject field.
She is using Jaws 5.1, but also has the problem with 5.0 and 4.5.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Denny
