Hi all:

I just switch to Outlook 2007. I followed the instruction in the Popular application help screen in Jaws to optimize Outlook. When I open an email and try to arrow down to read the content of the message, it seems as if the cursor is stuck on the first line of the email. If I use control + right arrow, then I am able to read it one word at a time. Currently I have the Previw turned off. I tried turnign on an doff different options but to no avail. I am using Windows 7 & Outlook 2007. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

ka mal
