Hello:

I'm working with someone that is running Windows XP Home, JAWS 8 and
Outlook 2003. He has a rather peculiar problem.

Sometimes, when he gets a message that has an attachment and attempts to
press insert-A to get to the attachments list to open the attachment, he
gets put back into his inbox with the list of messages. This does not
happen all of the time.

We checked his Keyboard Manager file for Outlook and insert-A is
pointing to the AttachmentsList script so that does not appear to be the
issue. It is almost like Outlook is somehow not bringing up the
attachment window sometimes. I checked through all of the options under
tools->options and cannot find anything that would appear to affect
this.

I'm wondering if there are any other JAWS 8 users out there who have
experienced this behavior and what I can instruct my client to do about
it.

Thanks in advance,
