This is a quirky way that Outlook works. It needs an Enter key pressed to work. If I go to my msn inbox Outlook tells me there are unread messages but when I move in to the folder itself, the list is empty and even the status bar says 0 items. On the folder tree the inbox does say there are hundreds of messages which is correct. I'm using JAWS 11. Any help appreciated. Peter
