I believe 2000 is no longer supported by Microsoft, so I would suggest XP
Pro if she wants to continue receiving updates and so on. There is no
sound reason I can think of not to use SP3. If she chose SP2, she will
continually get nagged to update, newer updates won't work, and she might
as well stick with Windows 2000.
