OE Block Senders list

Hi List,
This is a repeat question, but I need any suggestions that will help.
I am using OE 6 with XP Home and JFW 5.1. The problem is that OE is not
saving the block senders list. The email address is listed on the block
senders list at first, but if I leave OE and go back in to check the list,
the email address is no longer on the list. Any suggestions?
