If the window media doesn't play on that particular webpage. You might want to think about downloading the real alternative 1.23. This type of real player would let you adjust the volume without interfering JAWS . Check out this website: http://www.whitestick.co.uk Click on the downloads link, and you should be able to find the real alternative player there. Make sure you delete your old version of real player first, before installing the real alternative 1.23 on your computer.
