Navigating the www.cjob.com Web Site

Hi all,
I have been having some trouble with the Website www.cjob.com for about a
week now. They seem to have done something to it that makes it quite
screen-reader unfriendly. JAWS has a heck of a time with it, and WE tends
to crash the computer with it. Does anyone else have any ideas?
