Ironic maybe, but I don't think the phone is the problem. It's paying
someone to man that phone. Since the service only costs $19.95 a year, I
wouldn't expect exemplary customer service. You get what you pay for. As
far as using it as a phone, I think it's grand and cheap. I have found most
of my questions answered by reading their FAQ on their website.
