not a access user, what about trying the jaws find, by adding the insert key to control f, for find?? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jim Talley" <nrg.jim@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Cc: "N R G dot Jim" <nrg.jim@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, April 22, 2005 3:14 PM Subject: Missing prompts for find dialog in Access Hi Listers, a new mystery in Access I want to use the find dialog on a selected field in a Access table, but when I do control F, JFW announces combo box instead of find what combo box, as I tab down the same thing Jaws does not announce look in but speaks all, one of the selections in the combo box. I have my screen maximized, and the Jaws verbosity on the highest setting. When I do insert B Jaws reads all the tabs in the find dialog box just fine. I am using Jaws6.0 with Win XP home and Access 2002, your advice on this vexing problem will be greatly appreciated!
