Hi Shane:

I ran into the same problem ffew days ago on my Toshiba Portege R500. Like you, I had to remove Jaws and shared components and then re-install. I haven't had this problem since though. THe Video intercepter utility was also greyed out so I wasn't able to use it to resolve the issue. Interestingly when I looked in the device manager before removing and after re-installing, the mirror driver was installed.

Cheers,

kamal

Hey all,

Have a Dell inspiron laptop with latest version of Jaws11,
64 bit. It's erroring out on startup with "mirror display
driver is not properly installed." A repair install doesn't
fix it but only a removal of Jaws and shared components and
reinstallation does. Unfortunately, a day later, the error
comes back. So just wondering what could be causing this.
Any known Dell software issues?

Thanks,
Shane
