Hi all, You can disable or remove the 'decrease voice rate with say all' keystroke in the keyboard manager. Minimize all program windows, hit Insert f2 for the Jaws manager, arrow down to keyboard manager, and hit enter. Tab once to be in the list of default Jaws hotkeys. Hit the letter D, and arrow down until you hear 'decrease voice rate with say all'. Be careful, there are two decrease voice rate options. One with say all, and one without. Once you have found the one you want, goto the actions menu, and choose remove keystroke. If you want to remove the 'increase voice rate with say all' keystorke, then just hit the letter I, and arrow down until you hear it. Once you find it, just goto the actions menu and choose remove.
