No you wouldn't have to get a web-based account.
I'm not sure if Juno supports OUtlook or OE or if you have to use their
proprioetory service.

Check out their web site and it should tell you.

Subject: Making outlook default client

Hi all,

I use Juno for my e-mail. I was wondering, how would I go about using
outlook instead of Juno to read my mail, and would I have to get a web
based e-mail account?
Chris
