Major trouble with microsoft activation

Hey guys, having a major issue with microsoft activation.
I installed office 2003 with no problem, but can't get to the place where
they have to give me the confirmation number by phone.
Anyone ever had this problem.
I routed jaws to PC, and clicked next, and nothing happened.
I have to get this fixed, any thoughts?
