I think he wants to know how to do that on the internet, besides doing it in
the configuration manager.
If he goes to the internet, hit the key combination alt-t for tools, o for
options, and ctrl-tab until he hears the screen-reader say advance and he
finds himself in a tree-view type of list-view, and hit letter-p until he
hears the screen-reader say "Play animation on web-pages" or something
similar, turns it off by hitting spacebar, and hit ok, the job will be done!
