Another thing to do is double-check that the e-mail address is correct. =
If
there's something inappropriate in the address, the message can get =
stuck in
the outbox.

I'm guessing you mean outlook express not Outlook?
Anyway, go into the message and choose to send it again; I've seen =
outlook
express occasionally have this happen, and that should cause the message =

make another attempt at going.
