Andrew, do the following to subscribe or unsubscribe from the K1000 mailing 
list:

In the to field, write the following address:

imailsrv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

In the body of the message, write the following:

unsubscribe k1000 your first name, an underline, and then your last name.

Do the same thing if subscribing.
