Carl,
You should be able to do one or more of the following things in Microbloat
Outlook:
* press the JAWS key + W and it should read all of the shortcut keys.
* Press the JAWS key + H and it should also tell you some helpful hints.
* Press the alt key and arrow down through all of the choices such as
"file", "edit", "view" and so on. Each of these pull down menus will have
several options, many with the shortcut key.

You can get a list from the help menu of Outlook 2003.
