The "JAWS Language" option is unavailable in the stateside package. The
most you can do is change the language of the eloquence synthesizer, and
you can reset that, if you wish, through the "language" menu. It's not
something you'd want to do on general principles, as the chosen language
will wind up pronouncing English vocabulary with a different phonetic
system, generally making a mess of things. The same appears to apply to
the Spanish-language options in RealSpeak.
