Dear John:
You need to add this service under Control Panel.
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Select Add and Remove Programs
3. Select Add and Remove Window Components
4. Select the Check Box for Fax Services
5. Click on Next so Windows XP can install this package (it is not
installed by default)
6. Once this installed this service will be available to all applications
under the Print command.
