Hi, your best bet is to edit your jfw.ini file.
And add the sound card you want to use as a port designation
Here is an example of what your ini file would look like
Synth1Name=eloq
Synth1LongName=Eloquence for JAWS
Synth1Driver=eloq
synth1port=C-Media Wave Device
Now of course you will use the name of your sound card you want to use
you must get this name from the control panel.

Subject: Jaws through one soundared and streams through the ohter

Hi folks,

I know this has been discussed, but until now, I didn't need to know, so
wasn't paying attention. But, I have two soundcards, both internal. What
I'd like to do is have Jaws use one card by default, but have internet
streams play through the other. Is this possible?

I've read several things about fixing this, but most mention having your
audio player set to use the one card. this will work fine, however, the
stream I am listening to plays through Internet Explorer, so there is no
setting that I know of to change.

Any advice would be appreciated. Reply to me off list at:

if you don't want to clutter up the list with reposts of information.

Thanks.
