Jaws takes a long time to come up with new mother board and processor

Hi All,
I just had to have a new mother board and processor put in my computer
yesterday and now I am noticing that when I first boot up it is taking Jaws
considerably longer to start talking after Windows loads although I do have
it checked to start on boot up, it is taking probably 30 seconds now
whereas before it took maybe five seconds. Is there a solution to this? I
have even unchecked the run on startup for now because I can load it much
quicker with my hot key on boot up.
