I'm getting more confused by the minute but you can use the insert key and
the caps lock key interchangeable. I think the shift key cancels out the
caps lock key so if you need the shift key for something that is modified by
jaws, you want to try and use the insert key instead.

BOY! Do I feel real stupid! Control shift t is an excel command. But,
since there is no insert key on a laptop, the cap lock key is used. =
Using
it and the letter t, does tell me the title. One must remember that =
what
works in one program might be something entirely different in another.

Using xp pro, jaws 5.0.844 with laptop layout. Everytime I do cap lock
+shift +t to speak title line, all I get is submenu. Is this the=20
+mobility
7500 problem?
On a second note:
Having 2 accounts in Outlook xp, Jaws does not speak the proper account
name, in order to punch in the correct password. As you may no, when
starting outlook, both accounts pop up asking for their password. And =
like
above, submenu is all I hear when asking for the title bar.

Yes, I have changed screen size, color depths.
