Jaws saying B for up volume and C for down volume.

Listers,
Does jaws say B when you up volume, or C when you down volume?
Well, thats what jaws is doing when I up and down the volume.
If anyone! have an idea of how to stop this annoying problem.
It really gets in the way of things. Especially on the internet.
I can't really turn the volume down or up when I am on the net. That really
isn't good.
If I really need to down or up the volume, while on the internet, I must first
press insert Z and that might work at that!
