Jaws not reading Windows start menu flys correctly

I frequently use the windows start menu and then press d for documents. Out to the right (I have been told these are called flys) are displayed the 15 or so most recently used documents.

Recently I have been having a little problem with Jaws occasionally not reading correctly the items in the fly. I think it is reading document titles from a past date? Not sure. I also use Magic and have my screen set so I can see the screen a little bit, so can tell the visual display is correct, but Jaws is reading some completely other document titles. (When I navigate to a particular doc and open it, the file matches the title that was visually displayed, not the other title Jaws is speaking.)

Is this a Jaws problem or a Windows problem? Something not updating properly? Normally my experience has been what Jaws reads does match the screen display, so I am a little surprised by this recent glitch. It only happens a fraction of the time. Started happening about a week ago, did have a Jaws crash then. Mostly, Jaws is working OK in other respects.
