Hi Stacey,
Yes, you have totally close Jaws 8 before start installing version 9 and also
disable the option that previous Jaws will turn on automatically.
BTW, some other users complained about your problem and hope someone in FS tech
support will pay attention for it.

so that only nine will run? Do I close it before installing nine.
I tried installing the beta and had two voices at Th. same time.
I'm running eight now. I may put the beta back if someone can answer this
