Jaws cursor with IE 6

When I use the Jaws cursor to search the screen on a Web site it seems the category labels for Internet History are present making it difficult to locate what I am looking for. Is there a way to eliminate or minimize this? I assume this information is in the background but it is annoying when you are trying to locate a button with the Jaws cursor. Thanks, Tom
