Use the configuration manager to check the user settings. Also you may need to
go to the JAWS program itself and look under options/basics and see what
keyboard you're now using.

I did a Jaws merge, and now I can't read a file or get to the Jaws cursor
because my insert key won't work. Can anyone please help me get my insert key
working again?
I'm using Jaws 10 and Windows XP Home.
