You can tell JAWS through its basic configuration settings to start up when your machine starts. Thus, it will be available to you at the logon screen. Perhaps this is what you want? However, if JAWS is not running when the logon screen appears, you cannot start it manually from there. You can't do anything on the logon screen, EXCEPT log on. :-) So, you must first log in, and then start JAWS in this scenario.
