Funny you should ask this question.
A member of the tech support team recommended CounterSpy.
So, I went and downloaded the program from "www.sunbeltsoftwar.com".
Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail with a temporary license key
so I could use the program for the trial period.
I found the program to be reasonably accessible.
So, on that basis, I decided to buy a full licensed copy.
Having done so, I was informed that there was a new version of the
program , which I downloaded.
To my annoyance and frustration, I found that the new version appears
to be "all graphical" and not at all user-friendly to those of us who
use adaptive software.
I called the company and made my comments as to how the previous
version of the program was reasonably accessible for individuals in
our position and how the new program appears to be totally
inaccessible.
I have just received an e-mail from the head of the program
development team asking for my comments.
By the way, I am going to get my money back.
Needless-to-say, I have removed the program from my computer.
So, in summing up, Stay away from the program if you use a
screen-reader to access computer programs.
If anybody has found the new version of Counter Spy accessible by
JAWS, please let us know.
