Hello, Does anyone have experience with Peregrine Servicecenter? This tool is used to make tickets, doing change and incidentmanagement. Currently we use HP openview servicecenter at work, but in a few months we will migrate to Peregrine servicecenter. Today I had a quick look to it and it seems not verry accessible. Fields are not spoken, but braille will follow in some screens. Cursor will track focus, but not in the list with tickets for example. Has anyone experience with this tool in combination with jaws 5.10 and maybe scripts?
