Hello Guy, Not sure that your migration to Vista nor Office 2007 will have any impact on usability of Oracle. It all depends as you say on the JAVA Access Bridge and JAWS, from what I've experienced. And take note that I've often tried to use Oracle but have been soon frustrated each time with the UI and apparent inconsistency with standard JAWS commands. But that may just be a personal problem, to which I've been alerted from time to time by other contributors to this fine list. How well does it work for you? I guess it all depends on how the programmer created the interface. I'll let you know how I fare out once I start using it. I've been told that it is different for each enterprise because it is customized to their needs. I will be migrating to Vista and Office 2007 this may help. I still can't use our order management system here at work, which runs in the Oracle environment, in spite of having the latest Java extensions from Sun loaded. I only have success when a web-based front end is running on top of Oracle to provide an accessible user interface. Hope others have had more success to share. Unfortunately, this would involve extensive use of PeopleSoft Enterprise solution. It is an oracle database. Any one know of existing scripts that would make it more usable with JAWS?
