Hi Peter,
May be you could try InfraRecorder, http://www.infrarecorder.com. It's
an opensource software which works nicely with jaws and is quite simple
to use. Please install the complete version, not the express one which
seems to be inaccessible.
I'm using it with jaws 9 at home and jaws 10 here.
