hi Albert,
Page down and page up, without the control and alt key, are what you press
to increase or decrees speed while in Say All mode. If you're stopped, and
Jaws isn't speaking at the moment, you're supposed to press control alt page
up and page down. I don't know why it isn't working for Andy.

On my computer, when I hit alt control page up or alt control page down to
make Jaws talk faster or slower, It does not, all it says is alt control
page up or alt control page down. It does not change the speed. Can any
one help?
