Jaws Repair

Hi all,
as mentioned earlier I am not able to have JFW update to the latest
patch. I have not had any problems with the previous patch.
I get not able to install upgrade. there may be deleted or renamed
files. Please do a repair. How does one do a repair from JFW version 7.1.45.
