Another thing you might do, Theresa. If the About dialog says that you have
no upgrades left, hit tab once or twice until you hear your Jaws serial
number announced. Tab to okay and close the dialog box. Go into Internet
Explorer and go to the Freedom Scientific site. Click on the info about Jaws
6. Within that link is a sub-link called List of Authorized Serial Numbers.
Click on that sub-link and see if your serial number is on the list. If it
is, you're entitled to the update, and you will probably be getting the CD
soon.
