Jaws And My Computer

Good morning everyone. I use the second bayda of Jaws 8.0 and Windows Vista 
home premium. I'm having trouble arrowing up and down the list of disk drives 
in my computer. I hit my up or down arrow key and nothing happens. Does anyone 
know how I can fix this problem?
